The digital era has transformed the nature of work, requiring new literacies beyond traditional reading and writing. LITERATOS addresses a critical question: Do institutional frameworks that promote literacies as key competences influence employability across occupations and social groups?
To answer this, the project develops two innovative databases:
Through these resources, LITERATOS analyzes how literacies impact sectors, territories, and vulnerable groups (by gender, origin, and age), and co-creates guidelines to improve employability through Higher Education (HE) and Vocational Education and Training (VET).
